Vicky is a Chartered Physiotherapist and founder of Physio Health Hub in Bygrave, Baldock. With a strong background in private practice, she specialises in women’s health physiotherapy, sports injuries, mobility and rehabilitation, helping people move with confidence and independence.

Vicky takes a personalised, hands-on approach to care, focusing on understanding the root cause of pain or movement problems rather than just treating symptoms. She works closely with each patient to create clear, realistic treatment plans that support long-term results -whether that’s returning to sport, recovering after pregnancy or surgery, or staying active and steady later in life.
